Cancellation/refund Policy – [Fi’s Creative Creations- Crochet Classes]

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 2 week before a scheduled class via email (fionabrunker@gmail.com) will be refunded in full.

Cancellations made between 2 week before and 24 hours before a scheduled class via email (fionabrunker@gmail.com) will be refunded 50% of class fee.

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before a class will not be refunded.

This includes appointments where the customer is a no-show.

If Fi’s Creative Creations cancels a class, a full refund or a class credit will be issued.

Returns are available on non personalised products. Items must be returned in the same condition as it was posted within 14 working days of delivery
